Spark Cleantech is a fast-growing and innovative start-up developing a breakthrough process that replaces the combustion of hydrocarbons in high-temperature industrial furnaces and in materials production with an alternative that is not only fully decarbonised, but also economically competitive and requires only minimal adaptation to existing industrial processes.

Following the successful deployment of an industrial pilot on a client site in 2024 and a major funding round in 2025, we are now building our first industrial standard.

Our ambition is bold: to address, by 2027, sectors that represent 10% of the global CO2 emissions on a multi hundred Bn€ market.

🎯 Your Role

As part of the Technology & Product department and reporting to the Technology & Product Director, you will support support Spark's technological development and the building of its industrial demonstrator. Your mission is to ensure the Program remains on tracks in terms of Planning, Budget, KPI and reporting, and to actively contribute to effective Program steering.

Your role is a key pillar of Program execution, with strong exposure to cross-functional coordination and decision-making.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Act as a direct support to the Technology & Product Director, to whom you will report directly.

• Contribute to Program governance by participating in periodic Program Reviews and overall Program steering.

• Work closely with Work Package Managers to ensure alignment, smooth coordination and timely completion of activities.

• Anticipate, identify and help manage potential disruptions to the Program (e.g., technical issues or supply delays that may occur during implementation).

• Maintain and continuously improve tools used to monitor the Program's schedule and budget.

• Define and consolidate the relevant KPIs for effectively monitoring the Program's progress.

🧠 Your Profile

• Engineering degree from a top-tier engineering school

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within a technical or industrial environment.

• Solid experience with:

  • Planning & Resource software

  • Budget management

  • Data consolidation (KPI construction & reports, Automated Dashboards…)

• Full professional fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical mindset, structured and rigorous.

• Open-minded team player, comfortable working in a highly cross-functional environment.
