Spark Cleantech is a fast-growing and innovative start-up developing a breakthrough process that replaces the combustion of hydrocarbons in high-temperature industrial furnaces and in materials production with an alternative that is not only fully decarbonised, but also economically competitive and requires only minimal adaptation to existing industrial processes.
Following the successful deployment of an industrial pilot on a client site in 2024 and a major funding round in 2025, we are now building our first industrial standard.
Our ambition is bold: to address, by 2027, sectors that represent 10% of the global CO2 emissions on a multi hundred Bn€ market.

🎯 Your Role
As Administrative and Financial Manager, your mission is to ensure the financial process, operational efficiency, and administrative excellence of our organization. You will act as the right arm of the CEO, work closely with the executive team and ensure the clarity and relevance of reporting to the board.
This position requires a unique blend of analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering results and supporting our company’s strategic goals
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Accounting & Finance
Manageing day-to-day accounting operations in relation with accountants.
Preparing and manageing all financial elements from budget, forecast to statements and monthly reporting to the board of directors.
Implementing and maintaining financial controls and procedures.
2. Human Resources
Manageing the administrative side of human resources: contracts, payroll management, training, etc.
Maintaining employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Developing and implement HR policies and procedures.
3. General Administration
Overseeing office management and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinating with external service providers (e.g., IT, legal, insurance).
Ensuring compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
Supporting the CEO and leadership team in strategic decision-making.
Coordinating the fundings (loans, grants…)
đź§ Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fiel
3 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles, preferably in a startup or SME environment.
Strong knowledge of French accounting standards, tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and to adapt to a constantly evolving
environment.Fluency in English and French.
Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proactive and resourceful, with a strong focus on action and results.
Collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills.
Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic, evolving environment
